As artificial intelligence continues to grow in accessibility, so does the worry that AI is eating the world — and the jobs along with it. But with fears of Skynet put aside, Thinktiv and the OjO team took a different tactic: What if instead of replacing jobs, we empowered people to do what they do best — be the best humans possible. For over two years Thinktiv and OjO have been working to bring deep machine learning to vertical markets, such as real estate.

This is not a bot.

Thinktiv began its partnership with OjO as its acceleration partner. Together with the team, we created behavior prototypes to test human response to bots and messaging agents. We were one of the first pioneers in this space. We created new paradigms of thinking and engagement tactics to change the behavioral economics of multi-sided experiences. These first deep contextual learnings stayed with us and were the basis for the product experience, the brand, and the OjO story. As OjO comes to life, its first job is empowering agents and consumers across their home journey — to find "HomeFit" for everyone involved. By better understanding their customer, the Agent can spend their time providing a remarkable experience — not hanging yard signs. By engaging in these deep conversations, we uncover the real nuances that sell homes. In doing so, OjO creates the richest world of real estate knowledge in the world.
